Upward Basketball is a Christ-centered youth basketball league that has been in the Cedar Rapids area for over 16 years originating at Oakland Church of the Nazarene. The Church on Northland has partnered with this program since 2012, joining with other local churches to bring this national program to the area. This year, it's just Church on Northland hosting Upward, and they would appreciate our prayers as they navigate this season as a single location.
More information can be found on their website: www.thechurchonnorthland.com.
This is a great way to share Jesus with the kids in our community through basketball!
