Once a year we take a moment to purposely recognize that our local church is part of something much bigger - the multi-generational, global church. We recognize all who come to the table - whether you receive communion, the Lord's supper, or eucharist, whether your bread contains yeast, is matza, or a tortilla. We recognize the unity of believers and remember Christ's prayer that we might be one (John 17:20-23).
This year's special emphasis: The craft group has created special table coverings and decorations for fellowship hall to honor churches from other countries.
This year's Scripture: 1 Corinthians 12:12-27; Philippians 1:6; John 17:20-23
